Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@funkandfizz.co.uk with the subject line "Return". We'll be happy to assist you further.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Heart Returns: Returning Items for Personal Reasons

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you wish to return an item or items for any reason other than damage or fault then you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Please notify us within 14 days of your order being delivered.

A Handling Fee will apply.  The handling fee will be 25% off the original product price and the original delivery charge (if applicable) will not be refunded. Please be aware that should you wish for us to collect the item an additional delivery charge will apply.  We will make you aware of this charge after you have initiated the return process.

Damages and issues

Although we strive to deliver our products safely and securely, we are all aware that it can go wrong. When it does go wrong we want to make sure we keep your customers happy so please follow the below process:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days of the date of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


1. Notify us no later than 3 working days from the date the item was delivered
2. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@funkandfizz.co.uk with the subject line "Return".  Please include the following information.

e. Reason for Return
f. A picture of the defect must be included with your submission

We aim to process the request and come back to you within 2 working days. If we accept your claim, we will arrange a collection of the goods on an agreed date we will offer one of the below options according to your claim:


• Issue a discount
• Replace the Goods
• Repair the Goods

Should your claim be successful you MUST include the Return Confirmation Note supplied by our representative with your return.

Please note we do reserve the right to:

• Change our decision based on our inspection of the goods once they have been returned to our warehouse.
o Customer returning the item to our us: You, the customer, have a two-week window to return the item before this charge is applied from the point the claim is approved.
o We are collecting the item from you, the customer: We will attempt two collections before this charge is applied.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
